Ketmar Development Corporation was founded in 1988 by Marie Kenton. As the president Marie has worked over the years to improve the process of custom home building. An anagram of Market, Ketmar caters to our client’s dreams in Monroe and Ontario counties in upstate New York. To date, Ketmar has constructed and renovated several hundred homes.
Throughout the years Ketmar has developed and constructed homes for discerning clients on properties that Ketmar owns and also on properties that were owned by our clients.
We have built in the township, village or city of Brighton, Canandaigua, Gorham, Honeoye Falls, Irondequoit, Mendon, Penfield, Perinton, Pittsford, Naples, Rochester, Rush, Sodus, South Bristol, Victor, Walworth, Webster, and Williamson in New York.
