As a client of Ketmar, you're assured of two things: what we're building is exactly what you want, and after the closing we offer a peace-of-mind warranty that is unmatched.
Starting with the initial client interview, our goal is to build a relationship that lasts beyond closing and warranty service. We manage our warranty service program in order to maintain optimum client relationships for many years to come.
Upon completion of your project, our 1, 2 and 6 year warranty coverage begins. When you are ready to move in, we compile all the manufacturers’ warranty information together with our written warranty document. We schedule post-closing inspections of your completed home; 30 days, 6 months and 1 year after completion.

Our In-House Warranty Service Representative Our goal is to help preserve the quality level and to recommend maintenance products that will not harm the finishes and are "green" sensitive. We have staff on-call 24/7 for emergencies so you can rest assured that any issue will be attended to should the need arise. |
