They say "location" "location" "location" is the most important factor in real estate investment. We build in any township throughout Monroe and Ontario counties for discerning clients, who purchase property and ask us to Design/Build for them on their site. We also Design/Build for clients who prefer to locate in one of our exclusive communities.
Currently we own and are developing two new home communities in the Greater Rochester/Finger Lakes Area in New York: Malvern Hills located off Route 64 in the Town of Pittsford and Seneca Point Landing located off Seneca Point Road on the western side of Canandaigua Lake in the Town of South Bristol.
