Selections Process
Choosing the materials and finishes for your new home can seem like an overwhelming task. We recognize that you will need assistance to help you know when we need your decisions and in what order. We have also learned that most of our clients enjoy having a “sounding board” to validate their choices and to be assured that there is continuity in their color selections and architectural detailing. |

Allyson Perdue, is our In-House Selections Coordinator. As our clients finalize the floor plans and elevations with Marie Kenton, our President, and the architect, Allyson starts a parallel path in gathering materials for flooring, wall finishes, trim carpentry, etc. We source most of our items from local suppliers and some specialty items from the internet. Allyson will complete CAD shop drawings for the built-in cabinetry throughout the house so that our construction team envisionsand literally sees the final product as you do. | |

Most selections are made right at our showroom, but we also travel with you to choose tile, stone and plumbing fixtures, etc. Each visit with you that we schedule has a purpose so that your project stays on schedule and we anticipate longer lead times for product delivery as necessary. If you choose to work with an Interior Designer as well, Allyson will coordinate their input so design opportunities that evolve are implemented in a timely manner. |
