Our experience in building our home with Ketmar Development has been very positive.  We have resided in Malvern Hills for approximately 2 years.  We found the building process with Ketmar to be very organized.  There is obviously much thought and attention that goes through, not only the design phase, but with the operations and schedule of the project. Our home was completed on time and we were involved every step of the way.  Anytime I sent an email or made a phone call to anyone at Ketmar during the construction phase, I was given reply within a few hours, if not immediately.  This type of attention was unheard of in our past building experiences.

I think, most importantly though, is the relationship after the construction process.  Having ownership of such an important investment (our home), the most comfortable feeling is knowing that our builder stands behind their product.  Whenever we have issues with our home, whether maintenance, warranty or general repairs, we know that we have a group of building professionals able to answer our questions and provide assistance.  Most importantly, they provide this service with the utmost professionalism and friendliness.  While we may, from time to time, have discussions on which we may not agree, we find that they always listen intently to our opinions and try to resolve issues fairly.  That is the biggest reason that Ketmar has earned our respect.
